We had a very special visitor today. Trivette is a former resident at Johnson County Animal Services. He is now on the path to become the very FIRST certified Search and Rescue dog in Johnson County.

This has been a complete team effort!
Trivette was neutered and vaccinated through our partner rescue Nothing But Love Canine Foundation. He was then donated to Lynn Lemaster for the purpose of training. His training was donated by Fraley's Training Services LLC and Scott Fraley. Later Lynn reached out to us to see if we could help find resources for a go-pro to help with his certification and post training during search and rescue efforts. Valerie Ellsworth answered that call and provided the Go-Pro, warranty, and treats for Trivette through resources she knew of.

We are so glad to be a small part of proving that shelter dogs are not throw away dogs! They have real purpose and in this case will be helping our community and communities around us!

We need some help supporting our efforts.

This is Kalabar. He is a beautiful one year old cat that was brought to us because he was being chased by coyotes. Unfortunately he has become very sick and in order for us to keep fighting for him, we need donations.

He is currently being treated at Countryside Vet Clinic. Any donations would be greatly appreciated.
