Grateful for the opportunity to invest in our team at the APC Owner Summit.

We attended a powerful session on burnout led by Jonathan Hetterly, MA LCMHC, with a simple but important reminder: you can’t make great decisions from a depleted state.

Key takeaways we’re bringing back:
• Prioritize consistent rest
• Be intentional with urgency
• Protect mental energy by limiting unnecessary decisions

When we take care of ourselves, we’re better able to take care of our team, our customers, and the patients we serve. Proud of this group for continuing to grow and lead with purpose.
