I want to briefly address some recent statements being made about me and Paw Cutz by the these anonymous accounts.

I’ll be honest, some of my messages to her daughter were not as professional as they should have been, and I take responsibility for that. But there is much more to the story than a few screenshots.

Her daughter came to Paw Cutz for a job interview on July 17th, stating she had about a year of bathing experience out of her garage. While I was showing her how to properly bathe a dog because the dog was still dirty, she walked out in the MIDDLE of me demonstrating the process after being here for approximately 40 minutes. We’ve had people walk out before because this is not for everyone, but nothing like this.

What happened afterward escalated into accusations toward me and my employees, verbal threats, and ultimately a threat from her daughter.

I’ve been grooming professionally since 2010. This is not something I fell into overnight. It’s hard, physical work that takes years of experience, education, patience, and dedication.

I’m not interested in online drama. My clients know the care, work, and dedication I put into every dog that walks through my doors. 🤍🐾

So, instead of giving any more attention to negativity, here are Teddie and Pretty Penny after their very first grooms with us! 🥰🐾

🐾 Dolly’s First Big-Girl Groom 🤍

At just 8 months old, sweet Dolly came in for her first professional grooming appointment—and she was right in the middle of one of the most challenging stages of a Sheepadoodle’s coat development.

At this age, the soft puppy coat begins transitioning into the adult coat. As the two textures overlap, the coat can become prone to matting very quickly, even with consistent at-home care.

For Dolly, my priority was her comfort and overall coat health. I worked patiently and carefully, allowing her time to adjust and keeping the grooming experience as calm and positive as possible. When matting is present, the goal isn’t simply to preserve length—it’s to protect the skin and leave the dog comfortable.

And look at this sweet girl now! 🤍
Fresh, comfortable, and ready to start her next coat chapter.

Welcome, Dolly & Winnie! I am so happy to have you. 🐾

Lately, I’ve had to say goodbye to too many familiar faces.

Dogs who have been coming through my door for years.
Dogs whose names I knew before I even saw them.
Dogs who became part of my days, my memories, and my life.

It’s a strange kind of heartbreak when a dog you’ve cared for for years suddenly isn’t coming back.

To all of my sweet clients who have passed recently
thank you for every visit, every wag, every kiss, and every memory.

I’ll miss seeing you. 🤍🐾🥹
