Happy Friday. Just a quick and important announcement. As a reminder Doggie Design Team Pet Grooming will be closed tomorrow Saturday January 24, 2026. We will also be closed on Monday January 26, 2026.

Hope everyone stays safe and warm during these extremely dangerous cold temperatures, and snow coming to the area.

Happy Wednesday, just a quick and important announcement. Friday night into Saturday with the temperatures and the amount of snow we are predicted to get we will most likely be closed.

One model shows 8-12 inches, the other shows 3-5 inches. Even with the lower totals, I don’t want clients risking roadways for their pets, especially with the cold.

If you have a Saturday appointment I will most likely reschedule all appointments to next Saturday , Jan 31, 2026.

Happy Wednesday! Hope everyone is having a great start to the new year. I’m going to do something different tonight.

Over by Jamestown Mall. All the land has gone for sale. Even across from Jamestown Mall. The Old Jamestown Sport Complex, and land is for sale.

I grew up play sports at these sports complex’s , that are totally abandoned . We dont have a theater . True shopping district. Other amenities that we are paying for.

Here’s to wishful thinking . Maybe the right developer will see the value in these pictures.

Happy Wednesday & Merry Christmas Eve!

First and foremost, I want to wish everyone a very Happy & safe Christmas Holiday & wish everyone a prosperous New Year ahead!

I hope everyone is able to spend time with their family & friends this Holiday season! I will be taking the next two weeks to spend extra time with my awesome children & my awesome wife, who is the second half of our wonderful business! Can’t leave out my adorable dog, Hercules too!

Happy Friday! Just a couple of quick announcements.

First, our schedule for the remainder of this year. We are open tomorrow December 20th, Monday December 22nd and Tuesday December 23rd.

We will be closed from December 24th through January 4th, 2026 and reopening to our grooming schedule Monday January 5, 2026.

Our grooming schedule for 2026 is reflected on our online booking system at the following scheduling domain site-vz0kq8shn.godaddysites.com

I’m going to keep it as that link, as I have enjoyed 0 spam emails, and phone calls since changing the business number and taking the physical domain out of it.

Any phone calls for appointments from December 23, 2025 after 5 pm will be returned when we come back from our vacation.

Happy Wednesday! First and foremost, I want to wish all of our clients and their families a Happy Thanksgiving Holiday!

Rummaging through my pictures, I found a picture of Odee (left picture) when he was a puppy. He became my compassion and strength. When I lost him, my world crumbled apart. However, it soothes me looking back at pictures of cherishing moments. I’m thankful for Odee, as I know he is always here with me. He made me a better person, more importantly, helped me regain my strength in faith. I’ve found my peace.

He’d be proud of his little brother, or should I say mischievous brother, Hercules! It’s adorable seeing some of the characteristics that Hercules, learned from his big brother.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone, and I wish everyone a very Happy Holiday season!

Happy Saturday! Just a couple of important announcements!

The week of Thanksgiving we will be open on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We will be closed Thanksgiving, Friday and Saturday. Reopening Monday December 1, 2025

For the month of December, we will be closed from
Christmas Eve through January 4, 2026. Reopening on Monday January 5, 2026.

We are booking up really fast for the month of December, the best way to book an appointment to prior to the Christmas Holiday is by utilizing our online booking! All appointment availability is in real time. Plus you can even book appointments for the 2026 calendar year too!

It easier. It is strictly online booking, not website domain hosting, therefore, it can’t be publicly viewed. Plus hopefully it will help from any spam, as I’ve had in the past .

This is a great way to prebook appointments. Especially with the Holidays approaching us fast! Plus you can even prebook into 2026.

Happy Tuesday! Appointments, they are booking rather quick for the month of November and December. With Holidays upcoming, most are pre-booking their November and December appointments in advance.

I will most likely open up a booking section on Facebook, to pre-book appointments. I don’t want to deal with a website, right now, as I had to take it down , due to an abundance of spam and scams. I will put the schedule link in a separate post either today or tomorrow with that link.

Lastly, with the seasonal weather changes, this time of year. This is the time of the year that some dogs may experience dry skin. We always use a conditioner, moisturizer, to help rejuvenate the coat condition and skin. But also use a protein shampoo as well. Protein shampoos are great for this time of the year, as they help by creating a protective film that helps the hair retain moisture and keep it from drying out.

Happy Saturday and Happy November! After a successful Halloween and getting to hang out with out with my favorite nephew, Tymir! It’s time to move onto my favorite Holidays of the year.
