Q3: Who can I talk to about collaborating with my business? A3: The best way to start collaborating with us would be to reach out to our Community Manager at [email protected]. She handles our programs for the residents and can provide you with additional details based on what you have in mind. A4: We are a pet friendly community and allow residents to have pets in their home. There is an initial pet fee of $350, and a monthly rent fee of $50. A5: To apply online, simply visit our website www.1400russell.com and go to the Floor Plans tab from the main menu. Find the floorplan that you want to apply for and select View Details on the listing. On the next page, select a unit, a move in date, and a lease term length. From there, you can start filling out an application. Once you’ve completed the application and paid the required fees, our team will be notified and will begin processing your application.
