So what’s up with Mason?

Myles Mason is the little lost bear we found in Miami the week of the bee incident. He has been with us for a 60-day holding period per Florida Fish And Wildlife so the owners could be looked for. Technically, the owners are supposed to notify FWC within 3 hours of a lost Kinkajou … but that’s a lesson for a different day.

Well 60 days is in a week — Dec 6! So today I emailed the appropriate official and I’m trying to get an answer to prepare for the 6th. On December 8… Mr. Mason here is going to get neutered! So fingers and tails crossed we get it all sorted out by then.

So TECHNICALLY we will be taking in our 19th and 20th kinkajous ❤️🐻
