Today is Nicoles 5 year anniversary with k9 Grooming . We are lucky to have her. She has been such a joy to work with. She is dependable hard working and loves the dogs and k9 Groomingv with all her heart. To celebrate the pups enjoyed their pup cups.

Just a friendly reminder k9 Grooming has a late policy of $1 per minute after your appt time. After 15 minutes there could be a reschedule with a fee of $30.00. A no call no show will have a fee of $30.00.
I assure everyone that its the last thing we want to do, but unfortunately we have such an issue with this.
We understand life happens but unfortunately we are constantly inconvenienced with late arrivals. It really disturbs our plan for the day. We know our dogs well and we schedule accordingly for their well-being.
Skilled groomers like the ones at k9 are precious very hard to find . I'm very protective of them. Lately we have had an issue with customers not understanding their late fees, and disrespecting the employees here. We are always respectful to everyone, and appreciate the same. I will not tolerate my girls being treated this way. Only kindness spoken here please. If there are concerns about this matter please ask for me Angela.
