We will be open from noon today to 5:30pm. We are very short staffed and booked with existing appointments. We will be limited on phone calls that we can answer, but will try to answer what we can. If there are any non-urgent phone calls please refrain from calling until we are fully staffed (hopefully tomorrow or Wednesday). We will also not be doing any tech appointments (nails,a**l gland expressions, etc). If you feel your pet is having a medical emergency we recommend taking them to a nearby emergency clinic (VSS, VEG, Animal emergency clinic).

As of now we will be closed until at least noon today. If roadways conditions improve and more staff are able to make it in we are hoping to be open for at least part of the day. We will keep everyone updated here as the day goes on. Morning appointments and surgeries have been called. If you have an afternoon appointment and we need to reschedule you will get a call from an unknown number later today.

Due to inclement weather we will be closing at 11am today. We will watch the weather over the weekend and post here if will have any closings early next week. Everyone stay safe and warm!

Due to sickness, we will be very short staffed today and possibly the rest of the week. Unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate non urgent tech procedures (nail trims, a**l glands) today. If you do have to bring your pet in today please know there will longer than average wait times. We apologize for any inconvenience this may bring. Please be patient and kind with our staff, they work very hard every day to keep our hospital running as it should.

We will be closing early today at 1:00pm due to inclement weather. We apologize for any inconvenience and expect to be back to our normal schedule tomorrow. If you have any emergencies, you can contact VSS emergency at 636-227-6100. Thank you for your understanding!

The doctors and 2 technicians have made it into work. We will be seeing the scheduled appointments this afternoon and evening. We are working very bareboned the rest of the day so we are asking that any non-urgent calls or requests wait until we are fully staffed tomorrow.

While we were hoping to be open for a full day today, most of our staff are having trouble making it in this morning, therefore we will be closed until further notice. We are currently reaching out to our morning appointments to try and reschedule. Weather permiting we will try to be open later this afternoon. We will post another update once we know more.

Tomorrow, weather permitting, we will be having a tree service visit. Please note that our parking lot will be mostly marked off, but we have obtained permission to use Rollercade's parking lot so please park there. Thank you!

Two doctors and a technician have made it in. We are officially open and plan to be the rest of the evening. Please be patient with us if you call or walk in as we are working bareboned at the moment. We will likely have more staff trickle in as the day goes on.
