Hello y'all!
I wanted to take the time today to introduce to you our newest star pupil
❤️STRYKER❤️
All of our star pupils are adoptable and need a loving FOREVER family.
This little man has had a rough start, but he's safe with us now and will be with us until we find him those humans who will love him UNCONDITIONALLY.

Here at K9 Cur-riculum we are dedicated to making sure all the animals we work with have a fair and loving chance at a great life.

We are so proud of Nacho and his humans!!! Over the last year they've put in so much time and hard work!
He's accomplished so much since he started his training program and is a much more confident and trusting pup! He may never be the most dog friendly pup, but he and his family now have the skills to encounter new and difficult situations together and come out the other side a stronger team!
We couldn't be happier or ask for a better outcome! It's amazing what we can accomplish when we do the work!

With this graduation we now have an open spot in our school schedule!

Yesterday was the last school day for one of our long timers!
Porkchop has been coming to school for almost a year and has made sooo much progress since he started!
He's going to be able to put all his new skills into action when meeting new friends!!
He and his mom are moving to Wyoming soon, and he was able to have one last play session and sleepover with his bestie Tim Curry!
We sure are gonna miss this little goof!!

Make time to practice the basics with your pup.
Tim Curry loves the leaveit game, because he knows when he listens and does what is asked he ends up with an even better reward, attention from me.
Here in this pic he's focusing on me and giving me his full attention instead of the cheeseit.

Training is all about getting your pup to prioritize you over other stimulating things that can catch their attention.

So excited to see that muzzle training has been going so well for nacho that he can now visit the neighbors and have a little more freedom and everyone involved can be sure that both Nacho and others are safe.
