Come celebrate!

This Saturday, September 26th, we’re celebrating Neighborhood Pet Store Day! 🐶🐱💚

And what better way to celebrate than by showing some love to your local pet shop?

We’ve got some special brand discounts happening throughout the store, so it’s a great time to stock up on your pet’s favorites and maybe discover something new!

✨ Special discounts on brands including:
• Bocce’s Bakery
• Farmina
• GivePet
• Plato
• Polkadog
• …and more!

Whether your pup needs a new bag of treats, a favorite food, a fun new toy, or just a little something because they deserve it (they do 😜), we’d love to see you!

🐾 Why Shop Neighborhood?

When you shop at a local pet store, your dollars stay closer to home. You’re supporting your neighbors, a small business, and the people who pour their heart into creating a place for local pets and their people.

And at Ciao Chow, we’re proud to be your neighborhood pet shop. ❤️

Come celebrate with us this Saturday!

Come back!

Hi Ciao Chow family! 🐾

We know it’s HOT out there. 🥵 And while we absolutely understand that the heat can make you want to stay home (and let your pups stay nice and cool, too!), we want you to know just how much we appreciate your support through every season.

We’re already dreaming of those cooler days when we can see all of our favorite faces — two-legged and four-legged — coming through the door again. But until then, there are plenty of ways to support your local pet shop without having to brave the heat!

Did you know we offer local delivery AND shipping right from our online shop?

Whether your pup needs food, treats, a new toy, chews, bakery goodies, or their everyday essentials, you can shop from the comfort of your air-conditioned home and we’ll help get it to you. 🏠🐶

Why shopping local matters

Small businesses are the backbone of our communities. We’re your neighbors, your friends, and the people who live, work, and invest right here in St. Louis.

And just like everyone else, small businesses are feeling the effects of the current economy. Every purchase at a locally owned shop makes a difference — especially when you choose a local business over a big-box store or a giant online retailer.

When you shop at Ciao Chow, you’re not just buying a bag of treats. You’re helping support a small, locally owned business that puts those dollars right back into our community.

And we’re proud to offer a little bit of everything for your pup under one roof:

🐾 Food & everyday essentials
🦴 Treats & chews
🍪 Our homemade, in-house dog bakery
🎾 Toys & enrichment
🛁 Self-wash
📦 Online shipping
🚗 Local delivery

So whether you stop in when the weather cools down, order online, schedule a delivery, or simply tell a friend about us — every bit of support means the world to us.

We can’t wait for those crisp, cooler days when we get to see you and your pups again. Until then, stay cool, stay safe, give those dogs some extra belly rubs, and know that we’re incredibly grateful to have such an amazing community behind us. ❤️

Thank you for continuing to choose local.
Thank you for choosing Ciao Chow.
And most importantly, thank you for letting us spoil your pups. 🐶❤️

The 90s are so back baby

There is a reason we cant keep these in stock.... who doesnt want some nostalgia in their puppy play session???

I personally love the game boy and the block buster video. Hits me right in the feels.

Which one is your pup grabbing??

"I just wash my dog in the backyard in the summer. Its the same thing"

Sure, your dog will get clean.....
But does your backyard have a blow dryer that removes hair like this??

Our self wash comes in clutch with my furry pup who sheds like crazy during the summer. The bath alone get so much more off than a hose, but that dryer is 🤌🤌

When we say is human grade, we mean it.

If we tried it and liked it, your dog is going to go nuts!

Come check it today, we promise we wont make you eat it (but no judgement if you do 😜)
