❤️ Thank you so much for all the love yesterday at the Arnold Farmers Market! ❤️
We are so excited that YOU are excited to see some of our dog treat recipes making their way back! 🐾 After everything we’ve been through these past few weeks, it felt so good to be back doing what we love. I’m hoping this week we can accomplish even more, continue getting stocked back up, and keep providing the high-quality dog treats that we’ve always been so proud to make. 🐶🦴
The Arnold Farmers Market has been our #1 home since day one. This is our fifth season, and this is where Tilted Heads started. And something I’m incredibly proud of—we have not missed a single market day in five seasons. ❤️
But this market has become so much more than a place where we set up a booth and sell dog treats.
It’s where we’ve built relationships. It’s where we’ve made friendships. It’s where people have watched our little dream grow from the very beginning.
I don’t really have friends outside of work, and this is one of the places where I truly feel like I belong. Being a part of this market has helped me work through so much of my social anxiety. It pushed me outside of my comfort zone, helped me grow as a person, and gave me a community that feels like family.
When my mom passed away, I still went to our farmers market meeting that very same day. Not because I felt like I had to—but because I needed to be surrounded by people who knew me, cared about me, and felt like family. I don’t have a huge circle. I have my dad, my kids, my husband, and the family I’ve found along the way. ❤️
And so many of you at the Arnold Farmers Market have become part of that family.
Five seasons later, through all the ups, downs, changes, tears, celebrations, and everything in between… we’re still here. Right back where it all started. 🥹🐾
Thank you for supporting our little family. Thank you for loving our products. Thank you for showing up for us. And most importantly, thank you for giving us a place that feels like home.
We love our Arnold Farmers Market family more than you know. ❤️
Here’s to getting those shelves stocked back up and seeing where this next chapter takes us! 🐶🦴❤️

Some days just call for a lazy day... and today was definitely one of those days. 😅
I wasn't making anything from scratch today! Dinner was the easy route—mushroom pasta and garlic cheese bread for me and Michael, while the kids got drumsticks, noodles, and veggies.
While grocery shopping, I did something I never thought I'd do... I bought take-and-bake chocolate chip cookies. 🍪 Yep... I can't believe it either. 😂
I baked them, took that first bite, and while they definitely satisfied my sweet tooth, man... they just weren't the same.
Now all I can think about is how much I miss my homemade brown butter sourdough chocolate chip cookies. 🤤 There's just something about that rich brown butter flavor and the sourdough that store-bought cookies just can't compete with.
Hopefully, one day soon, I can bring them back for everyone because I know I'm not the only one who misses them. ❤️🍪

I tell you what... I never want to move again! 😅
When we moved into our house, I said, "Yep... next time we're hiring a moving company." After moving the shop, I definitely stand by that statement! 😂
Michael and I spent over 12 hours moving everything, and we were absolutely exhausted. Between unpacking, construction downstairs, and our whole house being completely out of place, my ADHD has been in overdrive. I've been cleaning, moving things, rearranging them, and then moving them all over again, trying to get everything organized and functional.
But... we're finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel! 🙌 We just finished painting downstairs, started getting equipment set up, and I cannot tell you how excited I was to walk downstairs and see chicken feet already dehydrating while I'm decorating dog treats. It feels SO good to be making products again!
We will have dog treats available this weekend! 🐾 We won't have all of our recipes back just yet, and we won't be fully stocked, but we're working as hard as we can to get everything made. Our goal is to have even more available next week and be almost completely back to normal.
Thank you all so much for hanging in there with us through this roller coaster of a journey. Your patience, support, and encouragement have meant the world to us. ❤️
We are so excited to be back doing what we love... and being able to do it from the comfort of our own home, just like we first started, just feels right. Here's to this new chapter! 🐶🏡

One thing my kids used to ask me all the time while we were at the shop was, "Mom, can we go run in that field?" And my answer was always, "No, honeys, because Mommy has to work."
Today was different.
Today was the day they finally got to run through that field while I got to stand there and watch. I wasn't behind the counter helping customers. I wasn't in the back trying to catch up on making human sweets. I was just their mom, watching them laugh, play, and make one last memory at the shop.
I'll miss this place and all the memories it gave us. I wish we could have made even more, but I'm going to cherish every moment I get to spend with my kids. Having a storefront meant I was working far more than I ever imagined. I thought it would make production easier, but instead we were constantly behind because we always had to be the cashiers. We never reached the point where we could afford to hire help, and that's okay. We live, and we learn.
Maybe one day we'll give a storefront another try. But for now, I'm choosing to focus on growing what we have, building our business from home, and most importantly, being present for these moments with my kids. ❤️

After over 12 hours of moving yesterday and two full U-Haul loads, Michael and I are completely exhausted. We finally finished packing everything into our carport.
Today, we're heading back to the shop to spend the day cleaning. The store is completely empty now, and tomorrow will be our final walkthrough as we hand over the keys and say goodbye to the place that has been such a huge part of our lives.
It's bittersweet. I shed quite a few tears yesterday while talking with some of the other businesses in the plaza. We also had a few kids come up to us, so sad that we were closing because we were their favorite shop. Hearing that absolutely warmed my heart, but it also broke it at the same time. Moments like that remind us just how much this little shop meant—not only to us, but to so many of you.
Now the real work begins at home. Everything is a little chaotic and out of place, and it may take us a little longer than expected to get everything organized. We still have construction to finish downstairs before we can get our bakery production back up and running, so there's a lot ahead of us.
Please keep us in your thoughts as we work through this next chapter. This isn't goodbye—it's simply our next step forward. We're hopeful that this new beginning will allow us to rebuild, grow, and come back even stronger.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing by us through every high and every low. We can't wait to show you what's next. ❤️

I get it—not everyone is as completely smitten with nature as I am. From tiny insects and plants to reptiles, amphibians, and everything in between, I truly love it all. ❤️
Of course I adore my furry babies, but my non-furry babies have a huge piece of my heart too. While going through my isopod enclosures today, I couldn't help but stop and admire all of their tiny little faces. They are just so unbelievably adorable.
I mean... how could you not fall in love with a face like this? 🥹 Even if this isn't your hobby, I have a feeling these little guys might just win you over. Just look at them! 🐛🍃
I currently keep several different isopod species, and I'll have some available for new keepers and fellow hobbyists. I'm also working on bulking up some of my rarer and more sought-after colonies, so they'll be available in the future as well. I can't wait to share these amazing little creatures with others who appreciate them as much as I do! 💚
🔥
As we wait out this heat wave, all of us have been congregated in our front living room. 🥵 We unfortunately had to go buy a portable AC unit and block off the room because our central AC just isn't keeping up. It was 88 degrees in our house yesterday! And yes, before anyone asks, we did change the filter. We even had someone come out to check everything, and they said the unit is working as it should. It's just struggling to keep up with these extreme temperatures. Because of that, I take care of all of my plants and animals early in the morning and again late in the evening when it's cooler. I'm not complaining though because this family time with my little ones and love of my life has been much needed, even if it's making me a little stir crazy with my ADHD 🤣

Due to heat index we are canceling moving and scheduled it for Wednesday from 9am-1pm!
It's just too hot to pack everything and move with how hot it is going to be and no air flow in the shop since the HVAC is out. It's too hot for our customers to come in even for a few mins. Thank you for understanding!

Raise your ✋️ if you didn't cook in this heat? I'll start...✋️🤣
Peanut butter and jelly night it is 🤣

Hope everyone is staying hydrated! Our house A/C couldn't keep up today and its 85 in here 🙃
We are also crazy and moving everything out of the shop tomorrow. I'm an absolute crazy person 🤪

Edit- CANCELING for today and rescheduled for Wednesday 9am-1pm! Its just tooo hot! 🔥

ISO a couple strong hands to help Michael lift the freeze dryers! They are so heavy. Happy Saturday, everyone!
We're at the Arnold Farmers Market until noon today, so come out and see us!
We are still about two weeks away from having all of our dog treats fully restocked. Once we finish the big move from the storefront back to our house, we'll slowly start building inventory again as we make fresh batches. We're still working on construction at the house, so thank you all so much for your patience during this transition.
Monday is moving day! 🚚 We have a U-Haul rented and will be moving everything out of the storefront. Because of that, we'll be having a Store Closing Sale from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
Yes, it's going to be hot with the HVAC still out, but we'd love to see you! If you've had your eye on any displays, fixtures, equipment, or the remaining inventory, stop by before everything gets packed away.
We'll be loading the equipment we're keeping first, while leaving the remaining sale items out on the floor for everyone to shop.
Thank you all for sticking with us through this journey. We hope you have an amazing weekend!
