New Policies in place 🔔
I wanted to take a moment to address something that came up recently and remind everyone why we operate the way we do at Fierce Fur Factory. ❤️
We recently received a one-star google review regarding a situation where a client arrived early about 20 minutes early for their appointment while we were still working with another dog who was experiencing anxiety. I want all of my clients to know that if we ever ask you to please wait outside or return closer to your appointment time, it is never meant to be unwelcoming or inconvenient. It is always because we are prioritizing the safety, comfort, and stress levels of the pets currently in our care and the pets arriving next.
As a one-on-one grooming salon, I intentionally limit the number of pets in the building at one time so each dog receives my full attention and the calm environment they deserve. While I would love to have a larger space with a dedicated waiting area someday, I am grateful for the opportunity to continue growing and building toward that goal.
To help prevent situations like this in the future, I will be keeping the salon door locked during grooming appointments. This will allow me to stay focused on the pet on my table and maintain the safest environment possible. And will hopefully allow for our outdoor sign to be more noticeable.
I truly appreciate all of my amazing clients who understand my policies and trust me with their pets. Every decision I make is with the goal of providing the safest, most positive grooming experience possible. Thank you all for your continued support as Fierce Fur Factory continues to grow. 🐾
