3 days. That’s the magic number. 🐾

While some cats settle in like they own the place on day one, most need a little more time. In our experience, three days gives cats the opportunity to truly acclimate to a new environment, become familiar with their caregivers and routine, and begin to feel safe and secure.

By day three, we often see the shift: more exploring outside their suite, seeking out pets and attention, increased playfulness, and those sweet little personalities really starting to shine. 🧡

Thinking about booking a trial stay before a longer trip? We recommend a minimum of three days. Short one-night stays often don’t give cats enough time to move past the adjustment period and experience what boarding with us is really like.

Three days gives your cat time to settle in, build trust with our Catcierge team, and make Purr Luxe a familiar place for their next stay. 😺

We get it. Cat people are especially particular when it comes to their cats—and as cat parents ourselves, we completely understand. 🧡

Our cats aren’t “just cats.” They’re our special babies, and leaving them behind can come with a lot of worry.

Will they think I abandoned them? Will they be sad? Will they forget about me? Most importantly… will they be well cared for?

We understand those feelings because we’ve had them too. That’s why when your cat stays at Purr Luxe, we care for them like one of our own—giving them the time, space, attention, and affection they need to feel safe and comfortable.

If you’re looking for a cozy, home-like environment created exclusively for cats, you’ve found it. 🐾

Sammy is back for another stay at the resort, and he’s strutting around like he never left! 😺🐾 Safe to say, he remembers the place. We’re so happy to welcome this familiar face back and can’t wait to spoil him during his stay. Welcome back, Sammy! 🧡
