Erbe Farms Neighborhood, family owned urban farm in Saint Charles, Missouri producing gourmet mushrooms & herbs. Anyway... we started posting our progress on Facebook.

In late 2016 we started growing our own microgreens and salad mixes indoors. We had so much fun learning new methods of growing different species of plants that our dining room had started to become a greenhouse and we had way more produce that we could eat between the two of us. This year (2017) we have started to begin expanding / formalizing our indoor growing area as well as learning about more plants. While sunflower micros are awesome... you can only eat them with every meal so long :-)

Currently we're getting ready to start sprouting for our gardens outside starting with a huge batch of lavender, followed by another batch of peppers, tomatoes, squash, eggplant, and a few others. Even more exciting, when we finish that, the rack will be converted into a nutrient film aquaponic system for indoor lettuce, spinach, kale, and chard. Right now we want to see how much of our own food we can produce, as well as try to develop a steady enough system to supply some local restaurants with some portion of their produce. We've even been looking into the organic certification process for down the road. Then people started asking about it when we didn't, so we figured our little micro farm deserved it's own page. So here you have it!

Wrapping up another fun night at Bench Racers. Had Adam up here tonight mixing the music and the Blues game on the new big screen. If you mised it tonight, Im pretty sure they are gonna do it again soon, cause everyone looked like they were having a great time.

Back down at Bench Racers this morning for the block party! It's all things dogs down here today. Lots of cool vendors with treats for all your four legged friends. Need a friend? Talk to one of the rescues out here. Need help training, talk to folks here.

We'll be here all day cooking up the food and if you're lucky, you might be able to sample one of our latest experiments.

Gonna be an awesome day out here at Bench Racers! Aside from the usual great food and drinks we've got Heitmann's traveling pumpkin patch with some of the best pumkins around and vendors are about to start setting up for tonight's vintage market! Welded Horn is even gonna swing by and hang out for dinner while TINTED ROSE Is putting out the music.

Good morning folks! First of all, thanks to everyone who has been out the last couple of weeks to try out our new menu. It sounds like everyone is liking it!

Today we're out in St. Peters at Calvary Church for today's Wheels for Wishes Car Show! It goes from 8am till 3pm and is located at 3998 Midrivers Mall Drive.

All the cars are pulling in, the griddle is hot and we're ready to get cooking! If you're out and about today, come on by and check it out! Otherwise, we'll see you tonight when we go back home to Bench Racers

All set up down in Frenchtown this morning at Bench Racers for the Paw Parade. Lots of cool pet-centric vendors down here and of course lots of good food. Come on by this morning and bring your four legged friends.

In more of a walk around and check out some cool cars while you grab a burger or burrito? Should be a lot of sweet imports showing up this afternoon around to show off aroubd 5 along with the live music.

Should be a fun day, so come on by if you get a free minute!

This is the weather we've been waiting for! We put the new menu up this week and have been making sure we've got the everything in place to make it work. We scaled the sizes back to more managable quarter and half pound sandwiches, but if you really want a huge one, we can always double it up.

We'll be up at Bench Racers 5 till 8 tonight, noon till 8 tomorrow, and noon till 7 Sunday.
