Everyone meet Parrot’s Beak. 🌼
AKA- PB. Peebs. Peebers. Tiny orange menace. Wet food connoisseur. One of our favorite little weirdos. And unfortunately for us, we suppose we have to tell you she’s available for adoption. 😭
Pb is around 9 months old and came from a hoarding situation, so the world can still feel a little BIG to this very little girl. Crowds and loud noises aren’t really her thing, and if you’ve visited the café, there’s a good chance you haven’t truly met her yet.
We have. And ohhhh boy, are you missing out.
Once she’s comfortable, Parrots Beak is goofy, curious, mischievous and absolutely OBSESSED with playing. She hides behind boxes to pop out at you, peeks around corners and absolutely must follow you everywhere you go.
She’s still learning that the world is safe, and we’re helping build her confidence while meeting her exactly where she is. For Pb, that might mean quieter spaces at first and some one-on-one time before she’s ready to run and play.
Our staff absolutely adores this curious, cute, slightly crusty little cutie. In fact, this spotlight comes with the minor ethical dilemma of “but if someone adopts Parrots Beak… then she won’t live here anymore???” 😭
Unfortunately, apparently that’s the entire point of rescue.
So somewhere out there is a person who won’t need her to be the bravest cat in the room. They’ll give her somewhere safe to land, let her take life at Peebs-speed, and get the absolute privilege of watching this tiny orange goofball realize she’s home. 🧡
