In the the past 2 weeks I’ve had so many no shows it’s cost me a full days worth of work. I’ve posted about this before and have tried to be understanding, but I cannot afford to have so many pets not show up. (I do understand emergencies and sickness happen, and am not including those).

*JUST A REMINDER*

Cancellation/No Show Policy-
If you do not show up, or cancel with less than 24 hours before your pets appointment, a $20 no show fee will be applied to your next visit.

Late Arrivals-
If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment, your dog will most likely not be getting a full haircut that day.
