Texas K9 University is a dog training, boarding and multi use K9 facility, proudly serving the great state of Texas and the USA.
We train all kinds of dogs - big, small and in between, all ages and all levels of obedience. We do not stereotype breeds, nor do we have a cookie cutter one-size-fits-all approach to training your dog. We believe each dog is an individual and should be treated as such.
Whether your goal is to take your untrained dog from chaos to control or your want to achieve rock solid off leash control of your dog in real world situations, our training programs can take you there. We offer private lessons as well as board and train options.
Our approach to training utilizes positive reinforcement techniques that are proven effective and produce lasting results that are enjoyable to both the dog and owner. Our philosophy encompasses the physical and mental well being of your dog. We do believe in corrections but they do not involve pain, fear or intimidation. We strive to enhance the relationship and bond between you and your dog. We train your dog to want to learn.
