🐾 A Few Scheduling Updates & Reminders! 🐾

Hi everyone! I wanted to give you a quick update as we head through the rest of August and into September. ❤️

📅 August availability is getting very limited!
I only have a limited number of grooming appointments left for the remainder of August, so if your pup needs to get on the schedule, please reach out as soon as possible!

I will also be taking a few days off throughout the rest of August to get my son ready for the new school year. 📚✏️

I will be CLOSED September 4th & 5th and will return messages on my next business day.

📱 Calls & Texts
Since it’s just me here, I’m not always able to answer calls or texts during grooming hours. When I have a pup in the tub or on my table, they have my full attention—and I want to keep it that way! 🐶❤️

If you call or text during the day about scheduling, I will get back to you after I’m finished grooming for the day. If I am out of the shop, messages will be returned on my next business day.

Please try not to send multiple texts or calls if you haven’t heard back from me yet. I promise I’m not ignoring you! I’m either busy pampering pups or away from the shop and will respond as soon as I’m back and able. 🐾

⏰ Arrival Times
Because I work alone and schedule my day around each pup, please let me know if you’re running late. If you arrive more than 30 minutes past your scheduled drop-off time without contacting me, we will need to reschedule your appointment.

🚫 Same-Day Appointments & Walk-Ins
I am not able to accommodate same-day grooming appointments or walk-ins. All grooming services and appointments need to be scheduled ahead of time.

Thank you all so much for understanding and for continuing to trust me with your pups. Working alone means I have to be a little more careful with my schedule, but it also means every pup who comes through my door gets the individual care and attention they deserve. 🐾❤️

Hello all!
I want to start out by saying I owe everyone a HUGE apology about not getting back in a timely manner lately. I feel horrible about it and want you all to know that you all mean a lot to me and I don’t want you to think I am avoiding anyone.
Now onto what’s caused all of the late replies. I have been going to therapies and doctors still since the wreck. I have found out from one therapy that I am suffering from what’s called a “post concision syndrome” which has affected my memory, attention and thrown in some anxiety, depression and farigue. It’s a slow process to try to get back to where I was before the wreck but I have faith that one day I may get back there.
Because of the PCS I am having problems with making sure I return texts and calls in a timely manner due to either me not seeing the messages from lack of notifications or just not feeling well (still having headaches and fatigue).
I owe a huge apology and a massive amount of gratitude to you all for your patience and kindness.
If I have some how missed your calls or texts, please send me another and I will try my hardest to get back you.
One more thing, since school is back on session, if you do call during business hours, I won’t be able to answer or text back until later that evening (roughly around 5pm) due to not wanting to let my attention be taken off your pups while they are visiting me.

Update: Wow, we are blown away by our amazing community! We have received so many donations thanks to you all, and our lobby is overflowing with towels and blankets! We are so incredibly grateful for the support and have plenty for the time being. ❤ Thank you to everyone that has taken the time to help us out!

Urgent: We are in desperate need of towels and blankets!

With 300+ animals in our care and one washer down, our towel and blanket supply has spread thin. We could really use small rags, as well as towels and blankets of any size at this time.

If you have any towels or blankets you’d be willing to donate, our dogs and cats would be so grateful! They can be new or gently used; we just ask that they are clean and have no holes in them please.

You can ship or drop off donations any day of the week between 8am-6pm (5pm on Sundays) at 3161 W. Norton Road, Springfield, MO 65803. Thank you in advance! 💙

Just got done with my doctors appointment and I have one more week of rest and then I can get back into the shop so I can start seeing everyone ❤️🥰!
So this week while I am still at home I will start getting ahold of everyone and start scheduling everyone. Be a little easy on me as there are quite a few of you I will be texting 🥰. If by some chance you do not hear from me by Monday of next week, go ahead and text me and I will try to get back to you as quick as I can ❤️🥰.

Just wanted to check in with everyone and let you all know that I am still healing and have a doctor’s appointment on the 14th for my neck. I should have a better idea of when I will be back to work by then and will update everyone then.

Thank you all for all the prayers and love! You all mean so much to me and I am so thankful for you all!! ❤️
Make sure to give extra love to all the beautiful furrkids from me!
