Dear Clients and Pets of Noll Veterinary Hospital,
Over the past few weeks to months, we have received an increase in the amount of
verbal abuse towards our staff and doctors. We are deeply troubled by this and we have been
trying to help everyone to the best of our abilities.
We have had numerous emergencies and vacations come up - including emergency
surgery for Dr. Kaitlin, and a decrease in our support staff due to the abuse. Even being out for
surgery, Dr. Kaitlin was still working from home within hours of surgery to help answer questions
as best as humanely possible and came back to work within 3 days of surgery.
The amount of abuse is not going to be tolerated any further. We are trying to work
towards getting as many pets seen as possible but we cannot see everyone and provide the
level of care your pets deserve. From this point forward, any version of abuse will be
documented and we will not provide service any further.
Our field of veterinary medicine is dificult enough as it is and moving forward, we will be
working to support our staff and doctors to provide complete care for you and your pets while
not being harassed and abused further.
Regards,
Dr. Kaitlin Gutherman, Medical Director,
Dr. Destiny Mitchell
Staff of Noll Veterinary Hospital
