I’m a REALTOR® with Keller Williams
based in Springfield, & I live in Republic with my wife and kids. I was born and raised in the Springfield area. I graduated from Willard High School and shortly after began several years of retail work. I have always had a desire to help people. It was in retail that desire began to take the form of customer service. I learned that excellent customer service is rare, but providing it is valuable. I believe one thing that will separate me from other REALTORS is my sincere desire to serve and help you. It is my desire to serve you as you look to buy or sell a home. We are part of a church called Hill City. I also strive to be a good husband and father in a house full of beautiful ladies. My wife, Briana, and I have been married since 2005 and we have 2 daughters; Kamea Rose and Harper Joy. We enjoy walks, pets, biking, camping, fishing, sports and baseball. Go Cardinals! I have not posted much about the Town & Country project recently because it's been hard. Sometimes you can try your best, give it your all and things just do go as planned. Is replacing a two month old concrete pad ever in the plan? Sometimes you just have to keep going.

We are turning the corner and making some good progress now.

3) for when one fluorescent light is enough, you make the whole cieling fluorescent.

Water is the enemy of a home. We are making sure water from downspouts will not be a problem for this home.

Most homeowners don't think about their gutters until water starts causing problems.

Adding popup drains helps carry water away from your foundation, reducing erosion, standing water, and the risk of moisture issues around your home.
