‼️EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY‼️

Hey everyone! I know it's been awhile since I've posted that doesn't mean I'm not still in buisness life is just crazy haha. I'm going to be changing some things up around here though.

First I will be closed on Mondays from here on until further notice. Our oldest kiddo made the middle school softball team and she has practices on Mondays I have to get her to and from so until I can get in a groove of this new schedule I will be closed on Mondays. Fridays will also be another day that will be changing I will only be able to do bath and nails on Friday mornings now I will not be able to schedule full spa days with hair cuts and all on Fridays anymore.

Second I've been fairly flexible with clients picking up late but that will be having to come to an end. When I text or call to say your fur baby will be ready in 15-20mins I really need them to be picked up then unless otherwise discussed. This isn't the only responsibility I have during the day between grooming, homeschooling 2 of my kiddos, chasing my toddler around, ball schedules, and just life stuff I need to have my clients picked up as soon as their ready please. If they are here for more than 1hr after I send the text that they'll be ready in 15-20 mins there will be a $5 charge per hour they are here.

Third I will no longer be accepting drop off or pick ups for boarding on the weekend. It's gotten really difficult trying to plan our lives around clients dropping off or picking up during the weekend. Weekends are extremely busy for us usually so this will make things easier and less stressful. So drop offs and pick ups are Monday-Friday only now. Also if your pup is not picked up by 6pm the day of pick up there will be a full day charge added to the total.

I hope everyone understands the changes I'm having to make. Thank you for trusting me with your fur babies. I hope you continue to let me take care of them!

Hey everyone I have friend who has 4 dogs that are needing homes. They are 3 yr old golden retriever and shepherd mix. 2 girls who are Spayed and 2 boys still intact. There's no rehoming fee they just want them to go to a good and loving home. If anyone is interested please contact Macy Trapp. Thanks let's find these babies some homes!

Hey everyone so I hate to do this but after the past few weeks of having clients not showing up for their appointments and not messaging me to let me know, I will now be requiring a non-refundable 50% deposit of your total at the time of booking for ALL NEW clients. I get life happens I do. Things happen for me where I have to reschedule people as well but please let me know so I can figure stuff out. If something comes up and you let me know I will gladly reschedule your pup to another day no problem at all but if you do not let me know you will lose your deposit and have to reschedule and pay another deposit. I will allow it once after that I will no longer accept you as a client. I'm sorry I hate to be this way and sound like a mean person but I have a schedule for a reason my grooming buisness isn't my only responsibility I have 3 kiddos at home with me that depend on me as well 2 of which I homeschool and 1 that's only 2yrs old. I can juggle mom life, teacher, and grooming but when you mess up my schedule it throws a wrench in my whole day. Again sorry for any inconveniences I'm not trying to be mean but I have to do something to try and prevent this from happening. If you have any questions please message me! It's been a while since I've shown my face on here. I figured it was a good time to now 10 yrs ago yesterday I started this business! It gave me the freedom of being home with my baby and still bring some income in to help us financially. Now we have 3 kiddos I get to stay home with and be my own boss and get to love on all of yalls fur babies too. I just want to say thank you for trusting me with your pups for all these years and the ones that have stuck by me all these years through my pregnancies and maternity leaves yall are awesome and I appreciate yall so much!
