Good evening everyone I feel like I need to go over a few things that have been happening. I have again having clients coming in late and no showing. I have a policy 3 strikes and you are out. As I understand there are emergency. I have to have policys. So if you are goin to be more than 15 mins you will have to reschedule. The first late / no show if free the second one is a 25.00 fee and 3rd is the cost if the groom plus the groom that was late/ missed. Im sorry but I have a waiting list. So when you guys are late no show I lose money. That isn't fair to me. I have a business to run. I hope everyone understands. The holidays are coming up and things get crazy. So make sure you are rebooting your appt or I can't guarantee a spot. Thank you and have a blessed day
