This is one of the hardest messages I’ve ever had to write. Absolutely no one is more disappointed or frustrated than I am about this situation. For this, I will be shutting down comments on this post, but please reach out to the store with any and all questions and concerns.

After pouring everything I have - my heart, time, energy, and every ounce of hope - into this business, I’ve come to the deeply painful decision to close our doors.

As many of you know, when I took over this business over, it was already closing its doors. They had liquidated and I jumped in headfirst and chose to go through this journey strictly on passion for wellness and animals. This year has been a dream that I wouldn't change for the world.

This wasn’t a choice made lightly. I’ve fought for this dream through sleepless and moments where I felt like I couldn’t keep going. I love our customers and community - with many of you becoming friends and family. I believed in what we were building. I believed in the community we created. I could not be more grateful for the way you all have believed in me.

Unfortunately, despite giving it everything, the weight of inflation, industry challenges, and rising costs became too heavy to carry. I’ve exhausted every option I had. I worked other jobs, stretched every dollar, and held on as long as I possibly could - longer than I probably should have - because letting go is heartbreaking.

What made this journey worth it was never just the product or the service. It was you - the people who walked through our doors, supported us online, told their friends, shared kind words, and reminded me why we started this in the first place.

Please know that every purchase, every conversation, every moment of encouragement and laughter mattered. More than I can ever explain. This wasn’t just a business. It was my passion, my purpose, my second home. And now, it’s time to say goodbye.

Thank you for believing in me. Thank you for being part of this chapter of my life. I’ll carry the memories, the lessons, and the love with me wherever I go next.
