ARTHRITIS β¨οΈ
If your gentle giants are struggling a bit to get around with this cooler weather I have a few things I would suggest!
1st is Cosequin!! I get ours at Sam's or Costco- it's on sale often. I have tried many brands and this is by far my favorite. Specifically the CHEWABLE NOT THE CHEWS, sorry to shout but they are not the same and I saw a huge difference within a week when we tried the chews so we will stick with the chewable!!
2nd is MSM - do your own research but I personally take human grade powdered MSM myself and I found an MSM that I like for my Danes as well. Just make sure you get a pure 1 ingredient product.
3rd is red light therapy. This is something that most vet offices use - some do it in the back so you may never see it. Ours uses a red light wand. I bought a human medical grade red light wrap. It was not cheap but has been so worth it!!!! There are other options out there that are more budget friendly and could work perfectly fine for you. I bought the one I did because I was dealing with a severe and sudden arthritis attack that almost cost us our sweet & silly Jaxson. After 1 Amazon red light pad gave no results I couldn't waste any more time and bought the one I now love and swear by. I do have 4 Danes so it was an investment I was willing to make (and it's for humans too so we could all use it!)
