We’re so lucky to work closely with our friends at Best Friends Animal Society to help give animals the medical care they need to get back on their paws. ❤️
Right now, we have two very special little patients in our care:
🐱 Scotty — this adorable kitten came to us with some urinary issues, and our team is working hard to get him feeling like himself again.
🐶 All Spice — this sweet puppy suffered a bite to the head from his mother and is currently receiving the care he needs as he works his way back to recovery. ❤️‍🩹
Of course, our nurses are totally devastated by the fact that their jobs require them to snuggle kittens and puppies all day. 😂🥰
We’re grateful to be part of the village helping these little ones heal and get one step closer to finding their happy endings! 🐾💙

This past Tuesday, AESC had the privilege of hosting our first Paws in Practice event, partnering with Big Paws Rescue to help provide spay and neuter services for community pets. ❤️

Spaying and neutering is such an important part of creating healthier pets, preventing unwanted litters, and helping reduce the number of animals entering shelters and rescues.

We’re so proud of our team for coming together to support such an important cause, and we’re grateful to Big Paws Rescue for letting us be part of the mission! 🐶🐱

Here’s to many more Paws in Practice days and making a bigger impact in our community! 🐾

Hospital stays are much more bearable when you have a nurse who’s willing to be your personal photographer! 📸💕

Grizzabella has clearly mastered the art of being photogenic, unimpressed, and absolutely adorable, especially when her nurse Caden is around. 🐶🩺✨

Because every good hospital stay needs a little TLC… and apparently a full-blown photoshoot. 😂💗

Meet Kai! One of our very own doctor’s pups recently spent some time with us after being diagnosed with gallbladder disease. Thankfully, he’s back home where he belongs, recovering with his family (and hopefully enjoying plenty of treats! 😉).

We’re so happy to see this sweet boy feeling better and wish him a continued smooth recovery! 🐶💙

When Cowgirl got herself into trouble, she needed a team that was ready to saddle up. 🤠 ​

After ingesting rodenticide, this sweet pup arrived in critical condition and needed immediate care, including multiple blood transfusions, to stabilize. ​

Thanks to quick action and the compassionate team at Animal Emergency and Specialty Center of Northwest Arkansas, Cowgirl is back home recovering and kicking up her paws again! 💙🐎
