Dogs' nails need to be trimmed to prevent pain, injuries, and long-term joint issues caused by overgrown nails impacting walking.

Long nails can cause broken nails, infection, and force a dog to change their posture, leading to arthritis and poor mobility

Proper trimming keeps nails from pressing into paw pads and ensures a natural, comfortable gait.

Nails should be trimmed every 4 to 6 weeks to keep them healthy.
