Meet Humphrey! 🐾
Miniature Poodle Mix available for adoption!
Humphrey is a handsome 6-month-old miniature poodle mix weighing about 13 pounds, with a whole lot of personality packed into that little body! He’s got the cutest combination of strut, prance, curiosity, and smarts—and he’s always on a mission to see what everyone else is up to!
Humphrey can be a little shy with people at first, but he’s making wonderful progress and becoming more trusting with his foster mom every day. Once he feels comfortable, his curious and playful personality really starts to shine. He simply must know what everyone is doing because he doesn’t want to miss out!
He absolutely loves playing with toys and has a blast with his 68-pound standard poodle foster brother. Because he enjoys canine companionship so much, Humphrey would love a confident, playful doggy friend in his forever home—someone he can play with, learn from, and gain confidence alongside!
Humphrey would do best in a calm, patient home where he can continue building his confidence at his own pace. He hasn’t had much known exposure to cats, but he recently visited a veterinary office with several resident cats and showed very little interest in them.
He’s also making great progress with his potty routine! He’s still working on mastering it completely and has an occasional accident, but he knows how to use a doggie door and is learning more every day. He does wonderfully in his crate overnight and will even let you know - loudly! - when he needs to go outside.
Humphrey is looking for a family who will give him the patience, encouragement, and companionship he needs to blossom into the amazing little dog we know he can be. Could Humphrey be yours?
