We said goodbye to one of the greats this past weekend, our sweet Ryder. She gave us 14 amazing years of countless retrieves, numerous ribbons, 3 beautiful litters and endless couch snuggles. She was one of the hardest working dogs we’ve had, whether at a hunt test or in the duck blind, she knew when it was time to work and loved her job. We traveled all over Texas, working our way from AKC Junior to Master & UKC Started to Finish, all while loving every minute of it. Ryder will be missed tremendously but she is now running free with all the ducks and bumpers she can retrieve🐾

We have officially bred Ruca to Luke! 🎉 This is a repeat breeding that will produce some fantastic pups. Their first litter was off the charts from looks, intelligence, drive, and temperament. We do have a waitlist started with limited availability, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’re interested.

We also want to give a big thank you to Kay Scott with Yellow Rose Labradors for having Luke available for us again. He’s such a solid stud!

For now, send some positive vibes to Ruca and ask Mother Nature to be in our favor🤞 We will confirm pregnancy mid February!

We have a new student in the house! Maggie is here to start her training career🐕 She’s going to work on her leash walking, no jumping/mouthing, and all the other puppy behaviors that come with a 3 1/2 month old. She’s the sweetest little fluff ball we’ve had in a while! Stay tuned to see her progress 🐾

Our crew loves crunchy apple slices!
Apples are a great healthy & fun treat, just remember to remove all seeds and give them small chewable pieces. I’ve never met a puppy who turned down a slice! 🐾

Our girl Missy (Zuri x Gr**go 2021) helped raise Peter the cat and they have grown inseparable over the years. They love to sleep together! Anybody else’s dog have a best friend of another species? 🐈🐾
