Saturday's topics will include: A legislative update, marketing & social media for fundraising, grant writing, disease control for shelters and rescues, and success stories from shelters with similar backgrounds to our own.
Lone Star College has graciously offered conference rooms at 7pm on Friday evening after Mr. Jackson speaks. If you would like to book a private meeting room to network with other rescue partners or to have a private meeting with your volunteers, please contact Deana at [email protected] so we can make arrangements.
We hope this will be the first of many conferences to come. We have an excellent community of rescuers and we will be successful by working together!
If you cannot afford the conference fee, scholarships are available on a first come first serve basis. Contact Deana if you would like to apply.
