MARKLEY: THE QUEEN OF REPEAT JUMPS! 🐾💦

Markley the Labrador Retriever has one favorite activity, and she is sticking to it: JUMPING INTO THE POOL! 😂💙 This girl is happy to leap in again and again, and we love seeing just how much she enjoys her swim time. This visit, we switched things up and captured some photos from the dock for a different perspective on her signature jumps. Sometimes the best photos come from changing the angle, but Markley herself? She knows exactly what she came here to do!

CHOWDER & DOLLY ARE BACK IN THE POOL! 🐾💦

After a little break, Chowder and Dolly are back for more pool fun! Chowder, now a whole year old, did especially well this visit, showing off some impressive stamina while enjoying his time in the water. 💙 Dolly, our lovely Shar-Pei, was there for the fun, too! These two made the most of their swim session, and it was wonderful to see them back enjoying their time at Rummy’s. We love catching up with our regulars and seeing how they grow and change between visits!

✨ Fun Fact: Cane Corsos are powerful working dogs with athletic builds, and their energy levels can vary quite a bit from one individual to another.

SQUEAKY TOYS, SWIM TIME & BERNESE FUN! 🐾💦

Sebastian and Beatrice are always ready to make the most of their Rummy’s visits! These two Bernese Mountain Dogs had a great time swimming and playing, and Beatrice stuck to one of her favorite routines: swimming along with her toy, squeaking away the whole time. 😂🩵 Once the pool fun was done, they headed out to the yard for even more playtime. Between Beatrice’s very enthusiastic toy commentary and the fun these two have together, there’s never a dull moment with this pair!

Six-month-old Yukon came to Rummy’s for his first swimming adventure, and this puppy kept us guessing! He spent plenty of time exploring around the pool, and every so often, he surprised us with a HUGE jump into the water. 😂💙

✨ Fun Fact: Puppies are still developing coordination and attention skills, so short, positive introductions to new activities can help them learn without becoming overwhelmed.

MEET YUKON, OUR BIG-JUMPING LITTLE PUPPY! 🐾💦

Six-month-old Yukon came to Rummy’s for his first swimming adventure, and this puppy kept us guessing! He spent plenty of time exploring around the pool, and every so often, he surprised us with a HUGE jump into the water. 😂💙 He showed that he can swim, too, although his puppy brain was busy taking in everything around him. There is so much potential in this young guy, and with time, patience, and more opportunities to get comfortable in the water, we’re excited to see what he learns next. Every great swimmer starts somewhere!

✨ Fun Fact: Puppies are still developing coordination and attention skills, so short, positive introductions to new activities can help them learn without becoming overwhelmed.

MONTY DID IT! LOOK AT THAT SWIM! 🐾💙

We are SO proud of Monty! This handsome Silken Windhound has been working on building his confidence in the water over several visits, and this time, all that patience and practice really paid off. With his family gently guiding him, Monty swam beautifully, stayed calm, and showed off just how far he has come. 🥹💦 He needed very little help from his life jacket, and watching him move through the water with so much more confidence was such a special moment. His family has put so much care into helping him learn at his own pace, and this swim was proof that those little steps can lead to big milestones. Way to go, Monty!

✨ Fun Fact: Silken Windhounds are sighthounds, a group of dogs bred for speed and agility. Each dog has their own relationship with water, and swimming confidence can grow with gentle, positive practice.

OLIVE IS OFFICIALLY A DOCK-JUMPING STAR! 🐾💦

Olive is taking her pool adventures to a whole new level! This energetic girl is now jumping over Mom’s head from the dock straight into the pool, and she is making it look like a piece of cake. 😂💙 We captured some fantastic photos of her showing off her new skill, and she clearly loves every second of it. Tito was hanging out nearby, too, taking in the action and spending time on the dock. These two bring plenty of personality to their visits, and we’re excited to keep seeing what they learn next!

✨ Fun Fact: Dogs learn new skills through repetition and positive reinforcement. Keeping practice sessions consistent and rewarding can help them build confidence over time.

THREE FRIENDS, ONE POOL, AND A WHOLE LOT OF LOVE! 🐾💦

Dobbin, Salt, and Pepper are back for another fun-filled visit! These three enjoyed their familiar routine of yard time followed by pool time, making the most of their session together. We even captured some extra-cute moments outside the pool, including Salt rolling around in the dirt and getting a perfectly speckled look. 😂 And of course, we got a picture of all three together in the water! Every visit with this crew brings its own special moments, and we love having them spend their time with us.

✨ Fun Fact: Dogs use sniffing and exploring to gather information about their surroundings. Sometimes a good roll in the dirt is part of the fun of being a dog!
