❤️ Meet Rebecca — The Woman Behind the Chixie Experience
Hi, I’m Rebecca! 👋🏼
You may know me as the person answering your calls, responding to messages, scheduling appointments, helping customers, or keeping up with Chixie’s social media. But I wanted to introduce myself beyond my role as manager. ❤️
My journey with Chixie started when I was just 19. I originally planned to go to college for nursing, but God had other plans. I started as a bather, and over the years, Monica encouraged me to grow, learn, and take on more responsibility. What started as a job became a huge part of my life.
I’ve always had a love for animals, and I’m passionate about continuing to learn so I can better educate and help our customers.
One thing I’ve learned is that grooming is so much more than a bath and haircut. Groomers are artists, and every dog is their canvas. 🎨🐶 Their work takes patience, skill, creativity, and most importantly, a genuine love for the animals in their care.
My goal is for every person who walks through our doors to feel welcomed, heard, and confident that their pets are being cared for with patience, compassion, and love. ❤️
I may not be the owner of Chixie, but I’m incredibly proud to be part of the team that makes Chixie what it is.
