🐾 A Friendly Reminder About Puppy Visits 🐾
We absolutely love meeting potential puppy families and helping them find the perfect companion. However, we’ve recently experienced a significant number of scheduled visits where families either cancel at the last minute or do not show up at all.
When an appointment is scheduled, we prepare specifically for your visit. This includes grooming and preparing puppies, organizing health records and paperwork, assembling go-home bags, and arranging our family’s schedule to ensure we are available to answer questions and introduce you to the puppies.
We completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. We simply ask for the same courtesy and respect that we extend to our puppy families by providing as much notice as possible if your plans change.
Moving forward, no-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may require a refundable deposit before future appointments can be scheduled.
