Collar & Comb is looking for another groomer and a bather/grooming assistant.
We’re a small shop, we stay busy, and we care a LOT about the quality of work that leaves our doors. We’re not looking to just fill spots on the schedule. We want people who genuinely care about the dogs, show up for their team, and take pride in getting better at what they do.
Groomer: Experience is preferred, but you do not have to know everything. We’re happy to help the right person continue building their skills and improving their grooming. Being dependable, safe with the dogs and willing to learn matters just as much to us as a perfect portfolio.
Bather/Grooming Assistant: Experience is great, but we’re willing to train the right person. You need to be comfortable with dogs of all sizes, willing to work hard, and understand that bathing is a whole lot more than putting a dog in a tub.
We offer an established, busy salon, one-on-one grooming, quality products and equipment, and a team that actually wants to see each other succeed.
We’re in Spring Hill, KS.
