Happy International Dog Day! 🐾🤎

One of my absolute favorite parts of Wags to Whiskers is getting to love on so many different pups and getting to know all of their little personalities. From the wild ones, the cuddle bugs, the treat-obsessed ones, the couch potatoes, and everything in between… they all manage to steal a little piece of my heart. 🥹

Here are just a few of the sweet faces I’ve been lucky enough to care for. 🐶💕

Thank you to every family who trusts me with their babies. I never take that trust for granted, and I truly love getting to treat them like part of my own little pack while they’re with me.

I recently learned that one of my clients dog, Luna, had passed.
Over the time I spent watching her, she was never just a client’s dog — she was a part of my own little pack. Her familiar footsteps, her joyful greetings, the way she settled in like she belonged… it all became a piece of my everyday life. I grew to know her routines, her quirks, and the special spark that made her who she was. Losing her is heartbreaking, because when you share that much time and care with a dog, they leave an imprint that doesn’t fade. But I am grateful for every visit, every silly moment, every gentle reminder of how special she was. Run free, sweet Luna.
You were deeply loved, and you will be deeply missed.
