Can you bee-lieve Pritchett still has not found a home yet?! 🐝

Over a year in our care after being saved from an abuse and neglect case. Pritchett is a medium energy level bully mix who just wants to be loved by everyone he meets. He greets everyone with the biggest smile, tail wag and some staffie screams🐾

🥳Join us for a super fun HOWL-O-WEEN open house at our Little Gray Barn location! October 25th 11-3! Whether you’re interested in meeting a pup or cat, learning about volunteer opportunities, wanting to meet the staff, or just need a fun time out of the house there is a spot for you! All ages and abilities are welcome! We have walking paths, play yards, cuddles rooms, & a cat lounge! Come have lots of fun with us and meet some new friends!! All residents and staff will be in Halloween costumes so feel free to wear yours but it’s not required! We will also have a costume parade with all the residents at 12:00!

We would absolutely love to see new and old friends so please save the date & share!

I am sure no one will be even remotely surprised to learn that we have failed with Ms. Evelyn. As of this morning she has officially joined our pack of misfits! The boys now have a big sister to mother them all day. Welcome to your forever home sweet girl!

So, Ms Evelyn has found almost every nappable spot in the house. She is a pro level napper!

So we are learning more about our sweet Ms. Evelyn every day. Turns out she is a talkative old girl, but not obnoxious. She absolutely LOVES walks!!! If you touch a leash within eyesight she turns into a giddy, happy puppy at the thought! She is also a professional napper🤔. So far she is completely non-reactive to other animals. She had the opportunity to hang out with a cat for a couple days, and she ignored it to the point that the cat kept curling up,next to her warm belly to sleep!

Happy Mothers Day to our sweet Ms Evelyn. Who knows how many litters she had before she came to us. You can rest now, you will have a wonderful rest of your life away from those awful people!

Ms Evelyn absolutely loves walks! She got her first Plaza walk this morning and enjoyed every minute of it. She is the perfect lady on walks. Right beside you all the time and needs nothing more than a gentle tug to get her moving if she stops to sniff! Nap time for the old girl now!
