🐾 An Update from The Puppy Pad Family 🐾

As many of you know, our area has been impacted by the ongoing wildfire. Due to evacuation orders, our North location has been temporarily evacuated.

At this time, we are taking things one day at a time and adjusting our schedule as conditions change. Our team's safety—and the safety of your pets—remains our highest priority.

If you have an upcoming appointment, please don't worry—we are reaching out to each client individually as your appointment approaches. Whenever possible, we will either:

🐾 Move your appointment to our South Hill location, or
🐾 Add you to our priority waitlist if we are unable to accommodate you immediately.

We appreciate your patience, flexibility, and understanding as we work through this unexpected situation. We know many families in our community are also being affected, and we're grateful for your kindness and support while we navigate these challenges together.

We'll continue to share updates as we know more.

Thank you for supporting our small business, and please stay safe. ❤️

🐾 Attention Corporate Groomers! 🐾

Have you been thinking about making the jump from corporate grooming to a privately owned salon… but you’ve heard all the myths?

❌ “I’ll lose my benefits.”
❌ “I’ll have to become a 1099 contractor.”
❌ “I’ll have to find my own clients.”
❌ “Private salons aren’t as stable.”

Let’s clear that up.

At The Puppy Pad, we’ve proudly served our community for 17+ years, and we’re looking for talented groomers who want to build a long-term career—not just survive another corporate policy change.

✨ What we offer:

🐶 Higher commission than corporate, plus performance bonuses

📅 A schedule that works for you

💼 Optional 401(k)

✅ W-2 employment—we handle your taxes

🛡️ Company-paid L&I coverage

🧴 Top-quality shampoos, equipment, dryers, tables, and supplies provided

🛁 Company-paid bathers and receptionists so you can focus on grooming

📖 A full client base waiting for you

💰 Every dollar of your hard-earned tips goes directly to you

❤️ Quality over quantity. We value compassionate grooming—not rushing pets through.

🤝 A supportive team that jumps in to help when you need it

✂️ Experienced groomers with 10–24 years in the industry who love mentoring and sharing knowledge

🧼 A clean, organized, safety-focused workplace

📍 Two Spokane locations:
• Wandermere (Northside)
• South Hill

We’re Hiring!

🐾 Full-Time Groomer
Immediate opening at our Wandermere location.

🐾 Full-Time Bather
Experience is a plus, but not required! We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow. Paid groomer training may be available for the right candidate.

If you’re tired of changing policies, shrinking pay, and feeling like just another number…

Come see what it’s like to work where people, pets, and quality come first.

📩 Send us a message—we’d love to meet you!
