Hey Sittin’ Pretty friends — this is Amelia! I’m reaching out to our amazing community because my sweet dog, Eli, needs help.

Eli is my 9-year-old Australian Shepherd and he’s the sweetest, silliest boy. Last night we rushed him to the ER where we discovered he had a mass on his spleen that had ruptured. Today he is undergoing emergency surgery to remove the spleen and mass to save his life.

We’ve scraped together everything we can, but the cost of this emergency surgery is more than we can cover on our own. We are doing everything possible to save our sweet boy, but this will be a devastating financial hit for us.

My name is Maddy, I started grooming in 2023 after getting experience in dog training for about 2 years. I love working with all sorts of dogs with all behavior types. My favorite dogs to work with are nervous dogs though. I love slowly being able to bring them out of their shells and get them to enjoy grooming. I take pride in my ability to communicate effectively with both customers and their pets.
