We've been busy bees lately and I haven't had time to post much, but I just had to post about these little helpers who came to live on our miniature farm today! We are super excited to host these bees as part of 's honeybee coop! One day we hope to have a few hives of our own, but this is an amazing opportunity for us to learn and reep the benefits of pollination in the meantime!! Yay!!

Dandelion Jelly
I call my son "My Little Dandelion" because of his wild blonde locks. Dandelion jelly was the first jelly we made this season and he helped me every step of the way. This was a wonderful way to welcome the season.

We also made lilac jelly and it's equally delicious. Making jelly from flower tea is super easy. I'll share the recipe soon!

We harvested a basket of this gorgeous Dazzling Blue Kale (seeds from ) from the garden yesterday. I couldn't be happier...

We harvested a basket of this gorgeous Dazzling Blue Kale (seeds from ) from the garden yesterday. I couldn't be happier with this variety, it's so beautiful, hearty and delicious!
