Sammy's Clubhouse Spokane Ferret Rescue and Education

Finishing catching up on the inbound over the past month.
These 4 came from Montana when the owner could not afford to keep anymore. They were feeding only Wysong and finding it more and more difficult to get the food in time. We always recommend mixing foods for this very reason. They also will need Wysong mixed in their diet going forward.
All are around 3 years old. The boys, Drax and Elton are looking good. The girls, Pumpkin and Lyja, are a little thin from the stress. They will take longer before becoming available for adoption.
Thank you all for helping stay in business and help them.

I am still trying to catch up listing the inbound ferrets from the past month.
Please welcome Maximilian. Daughter found out her father bought then wasn't able to care for last year. She tried finding a responsible home for him but became frustrated with who was contacting her so decided to bring him to us. He appears to be a healthy young boy. He does get along with other ferrets. Still working on evaluating his temperament.
Thank you for your support to be here for them.

It has been a long 4 weeks of back to back events. We now get a few weeks to recover and return to adoptions.
We will work on getting the website updated in the coming weeks. We took in 8 ferrets in the past 10 days so please be patient with us. Photos and information soon.
Special thanks to the Spokane Renaissance Faire for letting us set up a booth to raise money for our babies and educate everyone. All we met were the most kind wonderful people ever.
Love you all!

Always frustrating when a ferret is neglected then abandoned. This old man is a fighter. Looks to be at least 6, adrenal, sores and emaciated. The roommate just left him behind and when the savior went in to clean out that room, she was mortified in seeing this poor ferret. She called us and we were there for him because of all you wonderful donors. For as long as he has left, we will spoil him and get him medical treatment.
I am going to name him Ali. In memory of Mohammed Ali - a fighter.

We are a US based IRS nonprofit 501(c)(3) - EIN 46-1283083
