Ruby is dropping in to show off her first haircut!

Puppy's first haircut isn't stressful after proper socialization.

We offer puppy and kitten visits to help your new addition feel safe and comfortable in the salon space before their first full service appointment. Puppy/kitten visits can begin as early as 8 weeks and can be conducted as often as is necessary for your pet to feel ok with grooming procedures. Table and tools will be sanitized prior to the start of the appointment to reduce risk for pets that have not finished their vaccine series.

🐾SPECIAL SPRING SCHEDULING OFFER 🐾

I have a car repair to take care of, so I'm passing a special scheduling offering for current and new grooming clients at Northwest Groom Room. I'll be opening from 8am to 8pm on Saturday and Sunday April 4th and 5th. If you've wanted to get in on a weekend, this is the golden opportunity. I'll be offering bath and desheds, haircuts for cat and dogs including breed specific patterns, handstripping, rabbit maintenance, and all species nail trims.

I am certified in dogs, cats, rabbits and small animals, and am comfortable managing fearful, fractious, medically complex, and unmaintained pets.

The work speaks for itself. Your pet will be loved and cared for in a clean and secure environment and will leave with the best possible finished product I can manage. Comment, PM, or text at 5099902427 to book one of these special appointments. They will not appear via online booking.

Northwest Groom Room is set apart from other salons because our team has chosen to become certified in dog, cat, rabbit and critter grooming in an otherwise unregulated industry. We also have a combined 14 years vetmed experience, offering your pet a safer and more sanitary visit, and go above and beyond to partner with all local 501c3 animal rescues interested in free grooming services for pets in grooming related crisis.

Christmas 2025 isn't going to be about how much we have, but how much we can give. Thank you to everyone who visits NWGR and supports small business. Our clientele is beloved to us, and we have a great deal of gratitude to every client who shows up and gives us the opportunity to take part in their pet's care and to be a positive part of their health and their life.

We have really enjoyed the holiday season and all of the beautiful cards, special tips, kind words, extra snacks and drinks, and even a hand drawn portrait of Chim. Even in hard economic times with so much uncertainty for us all, you made NWGR feel loved and remembered.

Please enjoy the final two pro bono pups of 2025, and consider supporting your local animal shelters.
