Welcome to New Hope Pet Adoption Services!
OUR MISSION
New Hope (NHPAS) is a private pet adoption service that offers an alternative to traditional shelters or rescue. Instead of asking "is this the right home for this dog" we take a human-centric approach by asking "is this the *ideal* companion for this family."
Our efforts are designed to: ensure an ideal match for both dog and family while minimize surrender and return rates, all while providing education, guidance, and support!
Each NHPAS dog spends 8 weeks under the care of one of our dedicated fosters, who train, care for, and assess each dog under the guidance of a certified dog trainer and behaviorist. Dogs attend weekly classes, learn communication skills, train in basic manners, and develop social etiquette to prepare them for their new life! This allows us to provide full transparency and create an in depth analysis and profile of each dog we place!
Adopters then spend 1 month in training to learn more and continue their pups education. This helps ensure a smooth transition at home. We aim to provide matches that are about quality not quantity!
In addition to providing adoption services, New Hope also provides community outreach and educational seminars for public awareness.
This project is dedicated to the dogs whose only vice was that they were brought into this world without purpose.
