August is almost full!
If you are one of those people who typically waits until the last minute and requests same day or week appointments, I highly recommend you look at your dog now and look at the calendar and contact me ahead of time to get your pup an appointment! I only have a few spots for large breed dogs left for the month of August but have several small dog spots available still.

Unfortunately with the extreme heat we’ve been having, the camper is getting hotter earlier in the day and the air conditioners and fans just aren’t enough to keep temperatures comfortable through the afternoon. I’ve already messaged tomorrow’s afternoon dogs to come in earlier, and I will just have to take the week day by day with the other afternoon appointments based on the changes in the forecast and how the temperature in the shop goes.
I know this may be an inconvenience to some people but the heat is something I just cannot control

JULY IS ALMOST FULL!

Once again,
I would like to remind everyone that scheduling appointments in advance is highly recommended, especially as we move into the busy summer season.

To help ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process, please keep the following in mind:

* Inquiries made during business hours will receive the quickest response.
* Messages sent before 8:00 a.m. will be returned once business hours begin, unless you are a new client needing assistance locating the shop for an 8:00 a.m. appointment.
* Text messages and Facebook messages are the most reliable ways to reach me during the day. Due to noise levels in the grooming environment (dryers, barking, etc.), phone calls may be missed. Voicemails will be returned between appointments or at the end of the business day.
* Multiple or repeated calls and messages are not necessary. All inquiries will be returned as soon as time allows.
* I am unable to respond outside of business hours.
* Please do not arrive without an appointment to schedule services. This can be disruptive to ongoing appointments and may delay the schedule.

I am currently fully booked until mid-July, so please plan your scheduling requests accordingly. Unfortunately, I receive numerous requests for same-week or same-day appointments, which I am unable to accommodate at this time. To maintain your dog's scheduled appointments and avoid extended wait times, it is recommended to schedule their next appointment at the time of pick-up or shortly thereafter.

If anybody needs help finding the grooming shop, please call or message me and I’ll be happy to give you specific directions!

Please do NOT pick a random house on the same street and walk into it thinking it’s the shop. Aside from being illegal, accidentally terrifying the neighbors is generally frowned upon. 😂

I promise helping you find the correct building is much easier and safer for everyone involved!
