🐾 It feels impossible that CSR Appreciation Week is already coming to an end… 💙
As this week wraps up, we just want to say… thank you.
Our Customer Service Representatives; Hailey Smith and Genessa Williams are so much more than the voices on the phone or the faces at the front desk.
They are the ones who help guide you through stressful moments, answer your questions with patience, and make sure your pets get the care they need.
They handle busy days, emotional situations, and countless conversations — all while continuing to show kindness, compassion, and understanding.
They are a huge part of what makes our clinic feel welcoming and supportive, and we truly couldn’t do what we do without them.
While this week gives us a chance to recognize them, their hard work and dedication deserve to be appreciated all year long — not just these few days.
💙 Be sure to show them how appreciated they are — it means so much to them to know their hard work is seen.
