This weekend felt really special. ❤️

Our first workshop is officially in the books, and honestly… I’m still soaking it in.

If I’m being real, I was excited, grateful, and yes — a little nervous too. Starting something new matters. Caring deeply about the experience people have matters. Growth stretches all of us, facilitators included 😅

And what a gift it was to walk through that growth alongside a group of incredible women. ✨️

To the ladies who showed up willing to try something new, step outside comfort zones, reflect, laugh, problem solve, build connection, and trust both the process and me — thank you. You made this experience what it was.💛✨️

And to the horses — thank you. For showing up as yourselves, for your honesty, curiosity, patience, boundaries, and the quiet way you invite people to slow down, notice, adjust, and connect. You continue to teach in ways that are hard to explain until you experience it.🐴♥️

Seeing the classroom set up, the arena ready, journals in hand, horses quietly nearby, conversations unfolding, confidence growing, and relationships forming honestly made me emotional for a minute. It felt real.🙏💖

A reminder of why this work matters — and a surreal moment realizing all the pieces, people, horses, support, and growth it took to bring this dream to life. ♥️

At Crossroads Connection, this work isn’t about riding or “fixing” anyone. It’s about real experiences, honest reflection, communication, confidence, boundaries, awareness, and learning through doing — with horses offering honest feedback and space to grow.

It wasn’t perfect (growth rarely is 😅), but it was meaningful. And I’m incredibly grateful to the women who trusted me enough to take the journey together.

To the people behind the scenes helping move obstacles, snap photos, cheer me on, grab lunch, and remind me I’m capable when nerves creep in — thank you. You matter more than you know.💝

That weird mix of nerves, excitement, gratitude, and “holy crap… this is actually happening.” Funny thing about dreams… sometimes they start long before you realize what they’re becoming. ♥️

I’ve always had that mix of nerves + excitement before coaching — from lessons years ago to now. But standing here getting things ready for Saturday feels different somehow. More organized. More intentional. More real.

Looking at signs, obstacle cards, chairs set out, and all the little pieces slowly coming together… it hit me how much growth can happen quietly.

Grateful for the people who believe in you when you’re still building. Especially the kind of support that never questions if you can do it — only asks what you need next. 🤍

Grateful for time being given back. For doors opening. For horses. For healing. For dirt under nails, dreams getting built in real time, and for the people stepping into this first experience with me Saturday.

We start this journey together. 😉❤️✨

We officially have 5 women signed up for the very first Crossroads Connection Women’s Workshop… which means we now only have ONE spot remaining.

Thank you to everyone who has shared, encouraged, asked questions, or decided to take the leap and join us. Building something new is exciting… and a little vulnerable too 😅

This workshop is designed to be small and intentional so everyone has space to participate, reflect, and truly experience the work.

No riding.
No horse experience needed.

There’s something powerful about finally seeing a vision outside your own head. 🤍

Crossroads Connection has officially found its logo — and every piece of it means something. ✨️🥰

The different paths coming together. The horses moving forward as individuals and a herd. The driftless hills of home. The buckstitch border as a nod to my roots in leatherwork and the horse industry.

This program was built around growth, connection, communication, and learning to navigate life when you reach a crossroads. This logo brings that to life! The recognizable archway welcoming each individual path in, I couldn't be Happier ♥️

Huge thank you to Amber at The Equine Creative for bringing this vision to life so intentionally. ♥️

What an honor to create such a beautiful design for Crossroads Connection 🐴

I’ll never get tired of watching a logo come together as I digitize sketches, choose colors, and collaborate on ideas with my clients 🤝

It was important to Brianna that I include her diverse herd of dun horses walking different paths that will eventually converge together. We also added a buck-stitch border as a nod to her love of leatherwork, and the rolling hill region of her beloved home in the background ⛰️
