This morning hit different.Sunrise over the desert. My dogs beside me. Silence, prayer, perspective.





I stood there thinking about life, my daughter, grace, purpose… and the song that kept playing in my heart was Nickelback’s “If Today Was Your Last Day.”

“Leave no stone unturned.Leave your fears behind.Give your loved ones one more try.”

That line stayed with me this morning.

So I prayed over my daughter.I thanked God for another sunrise.And I reminded myself that “Stay Golden” isn’t about having a perfect life — it’s about choosing to live with faith, love, gratitude, forgiveness, and intention while you still can.

Tell the people you love that you love them.Take the adventure.Watch the sunrise.Give grace.Heal what needs healing.

None of us know how many mornings we get.
