I have 2 open spots for outside horses. From now through December. I will not be starting colts this year. Tune ups, patterning, desensitizing etc. $750/30 days.
I can also do a few lessons also.

Excuse the mud we had a week of rain and this is where she has to stay until she goes to her forever home in a day or two. Inside the barn is dry.

This poor filly was the skinniest of the bunch and is the most spirited. She was terrified of everything and everyone. I have been making progress with her since she jumped the fence and sent us on a 3 hour chase in the pouring rain and dark. I have her coming up into the barn every time I go out there and she puts her head over the gate for a pet and handfulof feed. This morning while she was eating she let me pet on her a small amount and lead her around some without trying to blow up and run away. Once she gets some trust in humans shes going to be really really nice.

Day 1, 5 and 6. Hippo aka Surprise Command is coming out of his shell. He will let me pet and love on him but still won’t let me brush or catch him. He sure does love his food though. Can’t wait to actually be able to start messing with him

Day 1 and Day 5 on Rusty the sorrel gelding. Still building trust with him. He will come up and let you pet his nose but still unable to catch him or love on him. Elijah will be working on his rehab.

Day 1 vs Day 6 on the little bay filly. Got her cleaned up, cold hosed her legs and kicked her out with the mares and donkey. She still has a slight gimp but can actually trot and lope around. Weston is getting a little excited and is helping so much in her rehab. Shoutout to the best farrier Daniel Kuhlmann for getting her hooves cleaned up and looking good.

The new crew. All thoroughbreds. The poor little dark filly is lame in the front end. They Will be getting feet taken care of tonight, will be getting them up to weight, dewormed, vetted and will start breaking them. Can’t wait to see the transformations. Elijah is going to have his hands full.

Elijah did a little kite flying before getting to ride last night. I only caught the tail end of it on video due to the beginning being so rank. Afterwards Hella lunged and rode great. Can’t wait for him to get the rest of the buck out of her for his ol momma to ride.

Will have 3 more this weekend for him to start breaking so stay tuned!!

Short and stout. 7/8 year old grade appy gelding. Been off for a year. Gonna be working on his desensitization on the ground. He’s not a fan of movements around him while not on him. He rode around like an ol veteran in the barrel warmup pen that was mostly water and mud over the weekend.

I have a friend looking for a retirement home for her 23 year old mare. She needs a soft place for her to land and live comfortably. She cannot be ridden but maybe very lightly at a walk due to an old hoof injury (it's very obvious). She's healthy, but the foot makes her sore some days. She will come with blankets which she adores. Will be extremely picky on where she goes. This is NOT a flip horse for someone. PM me and I will get you in contact with her owner
