Sweet Hulk❤️

He didn’t leave. Not even when the river destroyed everything.💔

After the big July 4 floods in Texas, when the Guadalupe River went back, a brown pitbull named Hulk returned to his family’s broken home near the river.

The house was gone. Only a weak floorboard was left. Hulk sat there.

He stayed. He sniffed the air. He listened. Waiting for a smell. A sound. Waiting for them.

One day passed. Then another. But Hulk never moved.

Neighbors called Kerrville Pets Alive. Rescuers came and found Hulk—alive, safe, but sad.

He stayed where his family was last seen. Because dogs don’t count hours or days. They only count love.
And sometimes, they wait forever. 🖤🐾
