Dear Valued Clients,

We are writing with a heavy heart to share an important update regarding our grooming salon. After 4 years of business at this location, much thoughtful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close the Southern Pines location.

This was not an easy choice, and it comes with deep appreciation for the trust, loyalty, and support you have shown us over time. Serving you and your pets has meant so much to our entire team. If you have an appointment already set with us for the month of May that appointment will be honored as our last day for grooming in the salon will be May 31st, 2026.

While this location will be closing, we are happy to continue caring for your pets at our 7 lakes location, mobile, Robbins or for our boarding and day play clients our Southern Pawz Lodge and Play location. We truly hope you will visit us there, where you can expect the same level of care, professionalism, and love for your furry family members.

Thank you again for being part of our community. This is just a positive stepping stone into the future with Southern Pawz. We are incredibly grateful and look forward to seeing you at one of our other locations.
