Cassio is a 20 year old, 16.3 Holsteiner gelding who is the sweetest love bug around. After a career as an equitation horse, he dabbled in the dressage world before landing as a lease/lesson horse in my program. Cassio is very well broke, can handle a wide variety of riders and has that special knack of being the “level” the rider needs. As his current lease ends, I am now looking for his forever person to love and cherish all he has to offer someone. I do not wish for him to go into another lesson program, otherwise he can continue to stay here.

He can WTC, jump, has his flying changes and hack out on trails. He is not a big fan of water or mud and can be spooky about jump fillers if he does not trust the guidance of his rider. He knows basic lateral work and is wonderful in group settings and show atmospheres.

In the barn, he is a fairly easy keeper. He is good with vet, farrier, trailering, etc so long as he has a gentle hand. He is easily intimidated if someone is rough handed. He turns out well in a large group and is on all day grass turnout. He currently has front shoes, but depending on his work load he could easily be barefoot. He has cushings which is easily managed with 1 Prascend per day and has had no complications with it.

Cassio would absolutely love the “adult amateur” lifestyle, someone who will adore him, spoil him and enjoy all he has to offer. He is the same horse working 1 day a week or 5.

Low 5s but the best home is most important. Up to date on everything.

It was a great day at Frazier Farms Schooling horse trials! It felt like a summer day and the courses were beautiful. Myla and Squirtle started our day off in their Intro CT, where they had a great dressage test and only one run out in stadium. It was a big improvement for the pair since the last outing, all the hard work paid off! Mary and Jacoby had their first starter horse trials together and they had a blast! They finished third overall with no jumping penalties. Steph and Whiskey were the stars of the show, winning their dressage portion and then picking up a few stadium faults to finish in 2nd place in their starter division. Whiskey says XC is his favorite 🙌. Lila and Otto had a great first event together. It’s been two years since Otto has been able to compete and he was 10/10 excited. Lila did a great job trying to control his enthusiasm and the pair finished the day in 7th, although Otto says he definitely won 😂. Great job everyone for a successful day! Big thanks to Frazier for putting on the event, the countless hours and prep it takes to run is highly appreciated!

A great day XC schooling at Frazier Farm! It was a first time out for 3 of the riders and they all had a blast. Myla outfitted Squirtle with his blue lightning bolt… which I think was the reason he had extra zoomies today 😂😂. Kennedy and Cassio were stellar for both their first times out! Cassio thinks maybe he can get behind this XC idea. Talon and Charlie also kept the pony behavior to a minimum and were cruising over the logs. Mary and Jacoby had their second round of XC today in prep for their first event. So excited for the Frazier Farm Schooling Horse Trials and CT this weekend! Great job girls today!

Ride along with Phen through some of our XC run today at GMHA thanks to our well placed paparazzi! 😂😂 I’m pretty sure he loved the extra attention and maybe that’s why he was absolutely stellar today. He finished in third on his dressage score and truly gave some great jump rounds. Ali and Reagan had their first event for 2026 and put in a solid dressage test, but decided to retire in stadium and save it for another day when Reagan said he wasn’t a fan of the soggy footing from the storm the night before. Thank you to everyone who came out to support us and helped keep the farm running at home

Ali and Reagan getting ready for GMHA Horse Trials this weekend. It’s so great to have them both home for the summer 🙌 I’ve been keeping Ali super busy since she got back so she may not feel the same way 😂😂😂
