ater, Walks If Asked, Lots of TLC Pick up after Pets. I Clean Kitty litter Boxes and Clean all Cages for other pets. It is up to the client to make sure they have everything in order before I get to the house and have plenty of Food and Supplies that is needed for their Pets. House Sitter
Make sure House is tidy and left as it is left for me, Bring in Mail, Water Plants in and outside if asked Garbage bins will be put out on scheduled days just let me know. House will be in order when you get home I wipe and clean everything I touch and use before I leave. and I will make the Bed. I do not Wash Bed Linnen Thank you. Please leave Cleaning supplies, Sponges, Rags and Paper towels where I can get to them. Other Information
I have experience caring for Birds, Cats, Sugar Gliders, Rabbits and Turtles mostly any type of animal I WILL NOT SIT for Very Aggressive Dogs or Animals that I Cannot Control or Feel Uncomfortable Around
You can Text or Msg me for Rate I need Type of Pets how many if it is Weekly Overnight or Weekend. Town you live, Phone # and Dates you need me for. I am a one-person business, so it is always good for you to have a backup just in case of any type of emergency that may come up on my end. Anyone Needing my Service for a Weekend or Weekly Vacation for Overnights I need a 2-3 Month Notice for a Booking Especially if there is a Holiday involved A lot of times theses Overnights go very Quickly. I can be flexible and Sit for one pet at my residents only We have one Medium Female dog her name is Mel and one Female cat her name is Emma we can discuss at a meet and greet. There will be No Availability Christmas eve or Christmas. Full Payment Due First day of Service
Money is non refundable for any reason coming home early.

Meet and Greet
Offer Free Meet and Greet for the owner to make sure I am a good fit to watch their Pet(s) and Home. References will be available before or during the Meet and Greet everything will be discussed about the Owners pet and Myself. I WILL NOT SIT for Very Aggressive Dogs or Animals that I Cannot Control, or I Feel Uncomfortable Around.

Owner
It is up to the owner to make sure they have everything in order before I get to the house and have plenty of Food and Supplies that is needed for their pets.
Pick up bags for pets or plastic bags
Pets’ medication put out with written instructions
Write down feeding and time with information
Leave Emergency contact information and Vet Information
Winter months always have someone plow and shovel so I can get out and just in case of emergency
Make sure the bathroom and microwave and home are clean for me please.
Make sure there is room in frig and freezer for my food and drinks please.
I will collect full payment on the first day of service.

Pet Sitter
Be on your Pet's Schedule for Feedings, Treats, Administer Medication, Plenty of Water, Walks If Asked, Lots of TLC and Pick up after Pets if asked to do so.

Anyone Needing my Service for a Weekend or Weekly Vacation for Overnights I need a 2 Month or more Notice for a Booking Especially if there is a Holiday involved A lot of times theses Overnights go very Quickly. If you are going on a cruise and it is booked, please get in touch with me 4 months prior to booking.
My last day will end at 11:30 am anytime after I will charge a day rate
My last day anytime after 6 pm will be charged an overnight rate

Cancellations
If you come home early from vacation for any reason payment is non-refundable.

Holidays
There will be No Availability Christmas eve or Christmas
Any major holiday that falls on the weekend or week you are away there will be an extra fee for that day
I sit for all other Holidays
