Milo and Grandma. Milo is another love bug. He started his life as an Amish working horse but didn't quite make the cut. He is one of my personal rescues that makes me realize why they need us as much as we need them.

Meet Lovy. Both Lovy and her mom were one day away from Action. They were about to be sent for human consumption. She will be starting the journey home the first week in November after her quarantine is complete. Any donation helps with the cost to keep the horses safe even before they come home. Typical cost for quarantine is $400 for the month, plus vet visit $300 and then the journey back home to trailer up $1200. That is even before they are home. But man is it worth every penny.
